Privacy policy
What M-Tech Computer Parts and Services does with the information you give us on this website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
- Orders: your name, mobile number, email (if you give one), delivery address, and for GCash or bank payments the reference number and receipt screenshot you upload.
- Bookings and messages: your name, mobile number, email (optional), preferred branch and date, and what you wrote.
- Reviews: the name and location you type, your review, and any photos or videos you attach. If you add an order number and mobile number to get the “Verified purchase” badge, we only use them to check the order; the mobile number isn't saved with the review.
Why we use it
To confirm and deliver your order, verify payments, contact you about your order, booking or warranty claim, and keep records we're required to keep for accounting. We don't sell your information or use it for ads.
Who can see it
Only M-Tech staff signed in to our admin panel. Payment receipts are never public. For deliveries, the courier receives the name, address and mobile number they need to deliver your package. Reviews, and the photos or videos in them, are public once we approve them.
Cookies and your browser
Your cart and PC Builder picks are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. Staff sign-in uses one cookie. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The maps on our Branches page are loaded from Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty claims and as required by tax and accounting rules. Messages and bookings are deleted when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to remove a review at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted (except records we must keep by law). Email [email protected] or call 0994 310 9836 and include your order or ticket number if you have one. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
